The Process

1. Initial Consultation, Financial Review & Valuation

We begin with a confidential discussion to understand your business, your objectives, and your desired timeline. As part of this process, I will review your financials—typically the past three years of statements along with current year-to-date performance—to develop a realistic and supportable market valuation.

2. Positioning & Confidential Marketing

Your business is prepared for market and presented to highlight its strengths. Marketing is conducted discreetly and directed toward qualified buyers, without disrupting employees, customers, or daily operations.

3. Buyer Qualification

Prospective buyers are carefully screened to ensure they are both serious and financially capable. Each buyer is required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and provide proof of funds or financial capacity before receiving detailed information about the business.

4. Offers, Negotiation & Due Diligence

Once a qualified buyer is identified, I assist in structuring the transaction and negotiating terms. Following an accepted agreement, the buyer conducts due diligence to verify the financial and operational aspects of the business.

5. Closing & Transition

The transaction is finalized in coordination with experienced closing attorneys. Ownership is transferred, funds are disbursed, and the transition is completed in an orderly and professional manner.
